Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after three attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, your order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. C. Ashanti Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimated process time and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.

Local Pick-Ups

Same day order pickup is offered. If you place an order for pickup you will have 72 hours to pickup the order. After that time, the order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund. At pickup you will be required to show proof of ID and sign an order pickup form. You will also be required to take a photo with your face and ID to prevent fraudulent charge-back purchases and to verify proof of pickup.

Refund Fund Policy 

Due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic and the nature of products sold, C. Ashanti Boutique is NOT accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. 

ALL SALES are final until further notice.
